The Sharon Public Schools have partnered with CMRK Inc. to bring Textile Collection to Sharon. You will see bins at each of the school buildings in town. All clean & dry textiles in any condition can be bagged and placed in these bins. All textiles are collected. This includes clothing, linens, belts, shoes, purses, shower curtains etc. The program is a fundraiser for the Sharon Public Schools Recycling Program.

Textiles that are collected are sorted and used for the highest purpose, first reuse as original item, then for rags and for items that are not suitable for reuse or rags, they are shredded and become carpet insulation or similar.
